New to Catholicism?
Please join us for Mass, a retreat, prayer group, bible study or a class. Just because you attend does not mean that you have to become Catholic but once you begin to understand the truths of the Church, you may feel the tug to take that leap and become Catholic. If you are not quite ready, take your time and listen to God’s call. He’ll lead you where He wants you to be on His time.
Our Mission
The mission of Sacred Heart Church & St. Philip Neri Church is to become an evangelizing community of Christian disciples by growing in our personal relationship with Jesus, by deepening our understanding, enthusiasm, and love for the Catholic faith, by increasing our confidence and courage to share the faith with others, and by faithfully living the Gospel in the world.

Why Contributing to the Diocesan Appeal is Important
Please enjoy the attached YouTube video to get a sense for why we need your support for the annual diocesan appeal. From youth Catholic formation to seminarians to individual parish assistance your contribution goes to specific, faith-filled needs. The 2023-2024 campaign is now underway.
Ministries
Under the guidance of the Holy Spirit give your lives completely in the service of all, as did Christ, who came not to be served, but to serve.
—Rite of Confirmation, #22
Faith Formation
As a community of faith, we have an obligation to God and to the Church to pass on that faith to our children. Parents need to show their children, by both word and example, what our faith means and how it should be lived.
Food Pantry
The Food Pantry schedule for December is as follows:
- Thursday, December 14
- Thursday, December 28
Location remains Sacred Heart Parish Hall between 10 AM and 11 AM. If you are able to donate items please call the rectory for details on current food needs and how to arrange drop-off.
Respect Life
The Respect Life Committee promotes awareness and coordinates activities to foster and strengthen a deeply felt and lived respect for the sanctity of all human life, from the moment of conception to natural death. All of us are responsible for witnessing to the Gospel of Life in this world.
Robinson Terrace
Residents of Robinson Terrace (on the Hill) and The Pavilion (at Buntline) have a vibrant social life, due in part to the involvement of many of Sacred Heart parishioners. Whether it’s weekly Eucharistic service, social visits, or the bi-annual dances that our parish sponsors, all residents at these locations benefit from our continued interest and involvement.
